All donations made to Healing Himalayas Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support our environmental programmes and operational activities.

Once a donation is processed, the funds are typically allocated towards ongoing field activities, programme implementation, and operational costs. For this reason, donations are generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate transaction: The same donor has made multiple payments for the same donation unintentionally.
  • Incorrect amount entered: A donor accidentally enters a higher amount than intended.
  • Technical error: A payment gateway or system error results in an unintended transaction.

All refund requests are subject to verification by our team.
