Overview: Will follow the same routine as we followed previously but with a new team.

How to get there: Reach Kullu via bus and connecting bus or taxi to Manikaran , flight to bhuntar(Kullu) airport. No train available
Fitness level: Easy to moderate.
Some people have altitude sickness for which we will acclimatize our volunteers in Manikaran for a day.
Accommodation: Homestay in Kasol & Manikaran and camps at Kheerganga top.
Essentials to carry: Trek pants , shoes , one heavy jacket that can bear up to minus 10 degree, Torch,3-4 pair of socks, one backpack up to 35 liters.
Rest will update via email 30 days prior to the event.
Day 1: Reaching Manikaran in morning around 10am-11:30am will allow all the volunteers to take rest all day. overnight in homestay. A small discussion about next days activity prior to dinner.
Day 2: Early morning at 6:30am we will start from Manikaran to Barshaini after breakfast. So while going up we will clean the first half in first day which is 6kms stretch up to Rudranaag (Mid Point). It will take almost six hours as per our previous experience. By evening we will reach Kheerganga top , hot water spring kund is closed after sunset so we will try to reach on time and relax our muscles and joints for at least an hour.
Day 3: All the volunteers who want to enjoy hot water spring with sunrise must getup early and reach at the kund. Breakfast will be served at 8 am. Post breakfast all the volunteers will walk around camping site interact with them and ask for the segregated waste. By 10am team will start walking down and cover rest of the route. By evening we will reach Manikaran overnight stay will be there only.
Day 4: Volunteers are free to follow there travel plans today after breakfast.

About Kheerganga: Kheerganga is one of the most refreshing spots in Parvati Valley of Kullu district. It is popular for its hot water springs and amazing views of the Himalayan Ranges. After trekking through the dense forest and some tricky trails, nothing can be more relaxing than taking a bath in the natural hot springs. Kheerganga’s panoramic skies and vast greenery are a much needed delight to the eyes. Kheerganga is a 14 kms long easy to moderate trek which is best option for the beginners.
