Fitness level: Easy to moderate.
Essentials to carry: Steel water bottle, Trek pant, trekking shoes, Rain coat, one heavy jacket that can bear up to minus 5 degree, Torch, 2-3 pair of socks, one backpack up to 35 litres. Personal medicines.

Volunteers from Delhi or Chandigarh have to leave on 9thMay night so to reach on time or can leave early morning on 10th May to reach Kasol
Day 1- 10thMay: Reaching Kalga by evening on 10th May will allow all the volunteers to take rest all day. Overnight in homestay. A small discussion about next day’s activity prior to dinner.
Day 2- 11thMay: Early morning at 6:30am we will serve breakfast. So while going up we will clean the first half in first day which is 6 kms stretch up to Mid-Point. It will take almost six hours as per our previous experience. By evening we will reach Kheerganga top, hot water spring kund is closed after sunset so we will try to reach on time and relax our muscles and joints for at least an hour.
Day 3- 12thMay: All the volunteers who want to enjoy hot water spring with sunrise must get up early and reach at the kund. Breakfast will be served at 8 am. Post breakfast all the volunteers will walk around camping site interact with them and ask for the segregated waste. By 10am team will start walking down and cover rest of the route. By evening we will reach Kasol to catch our bus back to Delhi or Chandigarh.
For food & accommodation it’s roughly Rs1500 – Rs2000 which you can pay directly to all the vendors on arrival.
Other than cleaning drive we will focus on Yoga (early morning) and cooking.
